Drive through the solar-powered electric gate to this 15.75 acre property about 4 miles from downtown Forestville. It offers spectacular views of the Bohemian Grove’s back acreage – nothing but trees, no houses in sight for total privacy.

It includes an artistically designed 572 square foot, two level “hippie house” grandfathered as an agricultural building plus a freestanding bathhouse with on-demand water heater, filter and tub overlooking the forest. There’s a well and 10,000 gallon concrete tank (with a new liner); septic, 200 amp electrical and fast 5G internet. A nicely restored 1964 Kenskill travel trailer is parked near the fish pond and wine cellar.

Towards the bottom of the property, there’s an amazing redwood grove plus numerous other redwoods and camping sites on the land. I’ve owned this for four years and invested in various improvements, fire resiliency and tree work.

Recently I’ve started working with an art nonprofit in San Francisco which inspires me to explore collaborations to support this land through creative art, music and frolicking ideas. We should talk.
